Please reflect on the following case study:

In 2012, the administration of the Moravian-Silesian Region, in cooperation with regional employers and labour offices, carried out preparations for another project in which "employee sharing" was a central pillar. This project is targeted at the long-term unemployed. Public employment services with major regional employers help the long-term unemployed find temporary work opportunities in an employee sharing scheme as a first step towards long-term employment. The idea is that people eventually move from shared employment to regular employment.
