Any personal data collected by e-campus Liechtenstein in the context of this e learning platform will be processed solely for the purposes of participation in the course(s) and the necessary administration of your participation, and in accordance with Regulation (EC) n. 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The data controller for this operation is the Head of the e-campus Liechtenstein, and you can get in contact by the following e-mail box: office@e-campus.li.
1.1. Who has access to your information?
Your personal data will be accessible to you and to the administrators of the platform. In case you enrol a course, your profile will also become visible to trainers of that course and other course participants.
Occasionally members of the e-campus Liechtenstein will have access to the data. In exceptional circumstances, partner training organisations may request a detailed overview of all of their staff that has participated in e-campus Liechtenstein e-learning Training Activities. In such cases, only information on staff of that particular organisation will be provided (i.e. who has participated when in which training activity)
1.2. How can you access your data?
You have the right to access and rectify your personal data at any moment by logging on to your profile. Queries or requests concerning the processing of personal data, including deactivation of your profile, may be addressed to the Data Controller (office@e-campus.li). Registered users cannot delete their account from the system. If you wish to delete your account, please send an email to: office@e-campus.li
You can contact the Data Protection Officer at dpo@e-campus.li for general questions on the processing of personal data by e-campus Liechtenstein.
1.3. How long do we keep your data?
Any personal data collected in the context of this e learning platform will be stored until 5 years after the last account activity. In order to allow e-campus Liechtenstein to maintain historical data on training activities, analyses trends in participation of countries and partner organizations, limited information, such as country of origin and age group, may be kept however for longer periods. Data will be anonymized in this case.

AT ANY TIME, e-campus Liechtenstein MAY ADD, OR REMOVE ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY PART OF THE SERVICES AND FEATURES PROVIDED BY THIS SITE. IF IT DOES SO, e-campus Liechtenstein WILL UPDATE THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY ALSO POST SUCH CHANGES ELSEWHERE ON SITE.
IF ANY FUTURE CHANGE IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE WILL ALWAYS INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY CHANGES TO IT.

If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. However, e-campus Liechtenstein accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on this site.
